1. Amendola’s Celebration Gone Wrong– Both of our highlights come from the Vikings-Rams game yesterday. The first one is actually a bit of a low light. The Rams were getting destroyed in the fourth quarter when Danny Amendola found the endzone to give the Rams their first TD on the day. In an act of celebration and some frustration as well, Amendola spiked the ball as hard as he could, and the ball took a bad bounce, and had a meeting with an usher’s face. Check it out below.

2. Adrian Peterson’s Chasing History– Adrian Peterson is a freak of nature. Less then one year after suffering a gruesome knee injury that put his career in jeopardy, Peterson is eyeing one of the most prestigious records in all of sports. In 1984, Eric Dickerson set an NFL record by rushing for 2,105 yards in a single season. That record has stood for almost 30 years now, but Peterson is threatening it. AP needs to average 147 yards in his last two games to do so, and the way he’s been running this year, I wouldn’t bet against him. Check out Peterson’s huge 82 yard TD from yesterday.
