Well the cinderella story has been complete. Somehow, someway, the 8th seeded Los Angeles Kings have won the Stanley Cup.  I’ve never been a huge follower of the Kings, but it was a great run to follow and I know a few friends who love the Kings, and who this means very much to.

I know what it’s like to have your team win it all. When the New Orleans Saints won the Super Bowl, it was one of the best nights of my life. I didn’t go out and crazy party that night(mainly cause it was on a Sunday lol), I didn’t really do anything. I just soaked it all in. That’s all I could do. I was speechless. It was just one of those moments that was bigger then myself, and I was just happy to be along for the ride.

But enough about that. Let’s get back to the Kings. One of my good friends Dave Consolazio is a die hard Kings fan. I’ve known him for seven years now, and there are few people’s opinions on sports that I respect more then his. He has been through a lot with the Kings, and I know how much this meant to him. Last night, he posted a vlog about what it meant to him, and I’m sharing it with you today. Don’t be put off by the beard, it was just for the playoffs! Congrats to the Kings, and congrats to Mr. Consolazio. You deserve it buddy.
