Manu Ginobili might have a career when he’s done with basketball. Ginobili has been one of the most steady stars in the NBA for years now, and he’s a big reason why the Spurs are once again in the hunt for the best record in the West. Last night, they made a statement when they spoiled Kobe Bryant’s big return by thumping the Lakers at home 121-97. Toward the end of the blowout, Ginobili made an absolutely ridiculous assist, catching a ball at half court and rifling it into Matt Bonner for the layup. Check it out here.
Now after that, you think Ginobili has a chance in the NFL? I mean some quarterbacks play into their 40′s right? I don’t suppose its realistic, but who knows. Crazier things have happened in sports right?
